• Analyze and respond to risks posed by the assumptions and contingencies in the underlying scope of work, and by the options and strategies contemplated by the decision-makers; and
• Establish and facilitate clear and defined channels of communications between and among the client and the legal team.

I work with disputing parties as a consulting expert, neutral expert, co-mediator and mediator to:

• Identify the issues in a dispute that can benefit from thorough, objective analysis;
• Analyze the issues using a range of graphical, data manipulation, statistical, and network analysis tools and methods;
• Evaluate the results of any analysis and its impacts on the issues including the risks and uncertainties; and
• Assist the disputing parties in formulating their settlement positions based on the analysis of the issues.
