The highest quality services provided to clients result from a combination of substance and process. DCA accomplishes this by:
- Initiating each engagement by acquiring a thorough understanding of the clients' needs, interests, expectations, and the objectives they would like to achieve through the engagement;
- Developing a principle-based rational scope of work with the client that will help them define, quantify and manage their high risk exposures. Work scopes are tailored to address the specific parameters of the engagement and to achieve the clients' stated objectives;
- Implementing the work scope utilizing appropriate qualitative and quantitative methods and techniques to produce sound results that will allow the clients to make informed decisions;
- Monitoring the progress of the work to ensure adherence to the scope and to the clients' schedule and budget. Monitoring also allows for the ability to be proactive in identifying and developing plans to prevent or mitigate potential issues or risks;
- Communicating frequently and clearly with the clients because solid communications is critical for successfully completing engagements and ensuring client satisfaction; and
- Closing each engagement by conducting an end-of-the-engagement review with the clients. These reviews are invaluable in determining how closely the completed engagements met the clients' objectives and expectations, and the "lessons learned" from the engagements that can be applied to future engagements.
