Doug Allen is President and Managing Principal of DOUGLAS C. ALLEN, P.A., a professional corporation he formed in 1994. Doug has over 25 years of environmental consulting experience for complex, high stakes commercial transactions, matters and disputes. Prior to forming his own firm, Doug was an environmental consultant for Asea Brown Boveri (ABB) where he conducted and managed a range of environmental activities from due diligence assessments for commercial property transfers to multi-discipline multi-million dollar environmental investigation, remediation and construction projects. In addition to his consulting and management experience, Doug has over 15 years of substantive knowledge and practical experience in all forms and phases of civil dispute resolution processes from facilitated negotiation to litigation. He has served as a consulting expert, neutral expert, and co-mediator in environmental cases involving bankruptcy, mergers and acqusitions, insurance recovery, allocation and cost recovery, and environmental mass and toxic tort.
